1. Licence and Operator
The Ontario Lotto 50/50 Community Raffle is operated by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia, situated at 1540 Lottie Neely Park Rd, Sarnia, ON N7T 7H4, Canada. The draws are conducted under raffle licence number RAF1546240 issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The licensing term is active from May 26, 2026 to November 18, 2026.
All marketing operations, server hosting, and administrative advertising support are managed under contract by our advertising partner, Instituto de Marketing y Comunicación S.L, P.º de la Castellana, 259, 28046 Madrid, España.
2. Player Eligibility
Raffle tickets may only be purchased by individuals who meet all the criteria listed below:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the calendar date of purchase.
- Must be physically located within the borders of the Province of Ontario, Canada at the time the order is finalized.
- Must not be a member of the board of directors, management team, or executive staff of Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia who holds direct responsibility for conducting the random number drawing.
Prior to any prize payout, the winner must present government-issued photo identification to verify that their age and residency details correspond to the information registered on the winning ticket entry.
3. Ticket Distribution
Raffle entries are distributed digitally in the form of electronic tickets. Upon successful processing of payment, ticket numbers are generated automatically and sent to the player via email. Players are responsible for ensuring that the email address they enter during registration is accurate and accessible. If you do not receive your ticket numbers within one hour of purchase, please contact support@ontario-lotto.org.
4. Ticket Pricing
Raffle entries are sold in fixed increments and bundles. Pricing configurations are established in compliance with AGCO regulations and may include:
- 1 ticket for 5.00 CAD
- 3 tickets for 10.00 CAD
- 10 tickets for 20.00 CAD
All transaction values are processed in Canadian Dollars. Ticket sales for each individual draw close exactly sixty (60) minutes prior to the published draw time. Once a purchase is processed, the transaction is final, and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
5. Drawing Mechanics
Each raffle draw is executed using an Electronic Raffle System (ERS) featuring a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and approved by the AGCO. The draw will take place at the offices of Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia (1540 Lottie Neely Park Rd, Sarnia, ON N7T 7H4, Canada) on the dates and times published in the official Draw Schedule.
Every drawing is conducted in the presence of an independent witness who is not affiliated with the management of the club. The witness verifies the drawing process, and a signed attestation record is filed with the AGCO licence documentation.
6. Prize Claims
The winning ticket number will be published on the Prizes page of ontario-lotto.org within one hour of the draw. The holder of the winning ticket will be contacted by telephone and email within 24 hours of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must:
- Confirm possession of the winning ticket number.
- Provide a copy of valid government-issued photo ID.
- Sign a standard prize release form authorizing the publication of their first name, initial, and city of residence (full names and photographs will not be published without separate, written consent).
Verified prizes are paid by cheque or secure electronic bank transfer within seven (7) business days of verification.
7. Unclaimed Prize Holding
In accordance with AGCO regulations, any prize that remains unclaimed for a period of sixty (60) days following the draw date will be placed into a secure trust account. Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered ticket holder during this period. If the prize remains unclaimed after one year from the draw date, the funds will be disbursed to support local community gymnastics programs or handled in accordance with the directives of the AGCO.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any complaints or disputes regarding the raffle system, drawings, ticket issuance, or prize claims must be submitted in writing to support@ontario-lotto.org. The management of Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia will review all submissions and provide a formal response within fourteen business days. In the event a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to the AGCO for review under provincial gaming guidelines.
